In what program it's Cpanel made? what's that WMZ or whatever?

WMZ? WHM possibly? Thats the admin side of CPanel. CPanel is created in a multiple number of languages.

WHM is the control pannel you get when you buy reseller hosting right? CPannel 9 is what you get when you buy regular hosting.

Yep that is right. WHM is basically a server/reseller control panel and cPanel is an end user control panel.

cPanel I think is designed mostly in Perl and some C and PHP.

WHM stands for webhosting management and that's basically what it does. It allows you to create packages, accounts, view bandwidth usage, suspsend accounts, and other nice features.

Cpanel is mainly for the client side and allows you to do a host of things to manage your hosting account.

On a personal note the Cpanel and WHM combo I believe proves a lot better than most other hosting control panels.

deadserious - You are correct about the programming languages that it is coded in. I believe that is all of them. I could be wrong about that though as I haven't messed with CPanel on an actual server in some time now.

WHM= Web Host Manager - to access it you must use www.yourdomain.com/whm
Only if you have the Reseller or above access.

What about the javascript parts? like the roll over links, in some themes. The change permission features and stuff.
