Need some PHO coding done.

I am designing a CMS for my gaming site. The guy that was doing it for me ended up not having any more time to do it, and I'd like to get it done a soon as possible.

What is needed is the ability to work with the existing code. Have good designing skills, so that when the code it writen...it also looks good, not just a big mess.

Looking to finish up my Review section, starting my download, preview, staff, and screenshot sections.

Will also love to have someone well knowledge in working with vBulletin.

Nobody...RJ or Jeff...can you change the PHO coding to PHP....just realized the typo..

I'm interested but due to other jobs that are paying very well I may not be the cheapest.
