Need Urgent Joomla Help, Send NP$

I need to add an FLV player for a website I am designing in Joomla. This will be a component/module in joomla and will have the ability to be turned on and off on certain pages. Also each different page will play a different set of videos.

The FLV's are Live Actors that come out and speak, they do not loop.

That is an example of what I am trying to do.

The page will automatically play the first actor on load; when a user selects one of the 3 buttons a different actor will begin to play. The backend will make it so the administrator is able to select what video's play where and what pages even have the video component activated.

I need some advice on a way of doing this, I am no good at working joomla component/modules so I was wondering if there is already something out there that I could use that would have this functionality.

I appreciate the urgent help. I will give NP or reward someway for a working solution.

not sure if i totally understand what your after...but if your using joomla version 1.0.x you can add flv media by using the media button in the WYSIWYG editor.
