how to import big database tried bigdump script it got an error :S any suggestions

i got a big database that cant be imported from phpmyadmin
i tried bigdump script it caused this error when i tried to import that big database

i dont have ssh accesss
any suggestions how to import that database

Is the backup one huge SQL file? If so, try splitting it into smaller pieces and executing them in order.

when u have a 1gb database it will be a wast of time to split it down because it will take time to upload again in small chunks

anyways just found a way to solve this

actually bigdump also should work for big databases if you make it import them into small chunks

I recently had the same problem. They way I did was using secure shell with this command.

mysql -p -h DBSERVER dbname < dbname.sql

Can you please tell me how you resolved this?

Execute the following command in SSH: /usr/local/nf/bin/mysqldump -e --force --quick -h mysqlhost -u Username -pPassword DatabaseID tablename > tables.sql
