Email code

Need a little help with an email code link.

When I use Outlook Express and other similar clients and send/receive a code like:
mailto:you@yoursite.com?subject=MySubject,
then all works good.....the address is filled properly as well as the subject.

But when I use a web based email email such as Yahoo, or Earthlink or NeoMail, then only the address field is filled in.

What do I need to do get it work with web based clients??

Thanks so much

Unless you knew what web-based email they were going to use, I don't think it would be possible.. But don't hold me to that.
