Making a Database of Customers / Visitors

Hi, we want to collect the names of people who visit and offer them a free party on their birthdays. The question is how can we make this really easy and simple for people to fill up and how can we track the list so it's easy to manange and people can easily opt in and out at any time?

I think you can do this with an autoresponder... there are many php scripts out there for free.. that you can download...

Or you can pay for a service like prosender.com

Not sure if this is what you mean..
