Help! Users Redirecting Help

I wasn't sure where else to put this. I own a VBull Board and a couple of other domains. I have a long time member who can't access the board.

When they ping the domains they get a Latin American IP address that times out. It's not even close to the right IP address.

None of their ip's have been banned through htaccess or the software banning feature.

They are using both IE7 and I had them download Fire Fox and they get the same thing.

They ran virus checks etc and found nothing.

Anybody care to take a guess? I am out of ideas why they are being redirected to another IP?

get the user to try the following command in a dos prompt:-

ipconfig /flushdns

It is possible that the users DNS cache has been tainted and this would fix that.

Also check your nameservers and your system setup to ensure that the IP's are correctly setup.

Thanks, I was thinking about it after my post and thought that would help. The problem fixed itself this morning so probably it was a dns problem on their end.
