add ads in vBulletin without using Ads Mod(to forums header and footer)

Hey all
am new bit to vBulletin i just want to know what file should i edit to add headers & footer section to my vBulletin
i want put ads in the header and footer in every board (without using the ad mod because i already got it installed and messed up everything so i want to add the ads manually )

I just want to know the file name and location also if u can give any other details that will help me this will be great
[btw i mean header and footer is the places where ads r put here on NP boards at the top and buttom

But i want just the page where i can add an include(url) to the ads page to make ads always showing and easy to edit
what file should i edit to change the template of all the forums

make a iframe instead of a include. Goto your adminCP and edit the header in Styles.

tried this but it will take lots of exess space on the forums
i should require or include them so that if no ads to be advertised no space will be lost and i dont want fixed size cuz each ad got its different size so it will not look good

They use include. Just edit the styles in your AdminCP

i looked at this but when i tried to make a variable on global.php
and call it in the template it didn't work
