Question How to Setup Wildcard in Bind for Domain Parking

What methods are there to setup a wildcard in BIND so that all domains, even those without host records, still resolve?

Or to phrase it another way, how do the parking companies have their wildcard DNS setup?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Ron
