Ned help solving internal server error - Paying $23!

Hey, I can pay $23 to whoever helps me solve this. I keep getting an internal server error when running a file. In the errorlog in cpanel it says "Premature end of script headers". I have no clue what's wrong. I haven't edited any files. I haven't edited anything in the database. And on top of all that, the same script is working perfectly fine on another domain, in the same hosting account! I'm using Hostgator, and I've sent them a mail, but I want to fix this as soon as possible.

I'm guessing this has something to do with a Perl / CGI script, make sure the permissions on the CGI-BIN folder are set to 0755 (755), I hear its a common problem for some people.

If its not CGI, I'm stuck!
