Getting information from a site

Hello,

I work in PHP and MySQL and I am currently trying to get some information off a website.

What I am trying to do is get a list of the active players and their scores, and I will echo it out onto a table on my website.

I forgot to add that it will get updated every 22 seconds, So I should just be able to do a timed event in mootools ??

Could anyone shed some light on the method to do this and how I woudl please?
