PunBB is good and light if you don't need some advanced features/plugins. It lacks the trader rating capability though.

Yeah it looks that IPB and VBulletin are the famous ones and that is for because they require paying , as for the free ones i think phpbb is good . MyBB is nice because it offers you a lot of features like vbulletin .

It's the best forum script in China,and it's free.
I think the features of it are powerful as VB

discuz is very interesting. Is there by chance an English version of it available? Perhaps a translated one?

bbPress from the creators of Wordpress is good if you're looking for something VERY light to intergrate with WP. I use it at http://bblocked.org/forums tis good for intergrating with WP and easy to template.

Been using Invision for about 3 years but used phpBB for a year or two.

I love Invision so far though vBulletin is cool.

For discuz,it grows from 1.0 to 6.0 in about 6 years,with its more and more bugs.
