There are many directory scripts and link exchange scripts found on hotscripts.com
However, I also need for the sites submitted to be able to be placed automatically in alexa order. I have absolutely no idea how to accomplish this. For instance: http://topsites.blogflux.com/academics/ does a similar job except they don't put them in order of alexa web rank but in order of the amount of hits the site gets. Since I do not know programming, I am unable to make it so it comes in alexa order. This is essential for my site.
