Paste a few lines in any language and it will tell you what language it is.

Hello,
Maybe can help this idea
You could create a database with countries, as you know you can detect the country with the IP, and for example if the IP is from Spain, maybe the user speak in spanish, if the user is from Australia, the user speak in english

Just an idea...
