I would like a html script like the one below :

Forum Link :
Package : [This will be a drop-down menu and will choose from 3 or 4 packages]
Email :
Instructions

A button Pay

After successful transaction I receive his email with all the content he wrote before !

Could anyone help please ?

I dont know whether this can be done or not

PayPal integration is rather simple, but you need PHP knowledge first.
