CSS MENU - Mozilla Hack please!!!!

Ive designed a css menu with a drop down, the problem being that the menu works fine in IE but not in mozilla. If I set the div below the menu with an 'overflow:auto' the drop down apears but as you rollover it, it disapper's.

IF the div below is set to 'overflow:visible or hidden' it works fine. I dont think its a z-index issue. I think it has something to do with the scrollable div, it's almost as if its giving the scrollable div a higher order?

Has anyone come across this problem before?
