PHP Email Form

Dear Friends,
I have tried to set up an email form for my website. I am using this software named Forms TO GO. I have made 3 pages, Error, Success and Form. Everything is alright, but I don't receive any emails when some1 is filling the form. My hosting provider is tiscali.co.uk

I have also included the file name form.php in hosting directory. When I send and email with my form it says Success but I don't receive anything.

does any1 know what the problem could be?

Just a note, Tiscali are primarily an ISP (and from experience i can say a shoddy one at that) not a web host or registrar etc.

Looking at their webspace pages briefly, it seems they do not advertise php at all, even if they do allow it the likelyhood is that it is n safe mode which would prevent your mail being sent.

To check if php is enabled create a new file named "test.php" with this in:

PHP Code:

  <?php

phpinfo();

?>

I would suggest finding an alternate host however.

Tiscali do not provide PHP or any LAMP associated service, just checked it.
