After Video Finishes Playing, Play Another

After an embedded .avi or .wmv finishes playing, I need to get it to play another. Is there a JS event for this or something? I looked around but couldn't find anything.

I know this isn't a direct solution, but I am sure that it could be done using a flash player (something that can support both of those formats), and would be a simple actionscript from there.

Try making a playlist file and showing that on the page. I don't know if it would work but it's worth a try.

It's a project for a client, and I've suggested Flash players many times, but he has a strong hatred towards Flash, so that's a no-go.

Dan, could you elaborate on your answer? I think I know what you mean, but I have no idea on how to implement it.

If you are using Winamp to make your playlists, you would save the playlist then upload it and the videos to your server. Then edit the playlist file so that the path to each video is correct. For showing the video, use the URL to the playlist instead of one of the videos.

Have they insisted on FrontPage support as well? By golly, don't you just love clients who are in love with their ideas and will take no outside suggestions?

Me too.
