problem linking

Hi say I have a link like this

go.php?url=http://www.games.com?ref=2&page9832652938&b=0.5

Hower it will only pick up http://www.games.com?ref=2 and not http://www.games.com?ref=2&page9832652938 What do I do to no have this happen? I need the b.

It looks like you're missing an equals sign there possibly page=

?
