Javascript - Floating image problem

Hi I am using some javascript that I found on dynamicdrive to create a rollover effect on my image. The problem is in IE. The images seem fine at the top of the page but when you scroll down to the bottom of the page the images appear (or not) off screen, much higher.
Are there any javascript experts out there who might know how to fix this. Or if there is another script that I could use to have the same effect.
I had thought there would be a way to do it with css.
On this page you can see what I'm talking about .
Any help or advice appreciated.
