I just want to ask of where can i find a compiler for PHP Programming? (FREE) hehehehe

What do you mean by "compiler"?

If you're a beginner, and want to start PHP web development, try XAMPP. If you're looking for an editor to use, Notepad++ is excellent

why would you want to complie php? its designed to be an interpreted scripting langauge
