php & mysql help

hey..

I have a problem, that i cannot seem to get rid of. The problem is when i insert text into the database it goes into like such

paragraph1

paragraph2

it does it how i want.. Now when i use php to display it it comes out like

paragraph1 paragraph2

Found My solution - $string2=nl2br($string1);

please post full code, then only we can solve your problem, otherwise we cant understand what you done with the script...thanks
