Questions on phpBB2

Hi,
I am a newbie to run a community forum. I just started using PHPBB2 from yesterday.

Should I need to have the phpbb2 folder separately like mysite.com/phpBB2

(or)

Can I have it in the /www directory itself like mysite.com.

And are the urls, Seo friendly or should I add some third party scripts?

u can have eith on the root directory or in a seperate folder.. both will not create problem

SEO friendly urls are not turned on by default.. i think there is some mod in phpbb which lets u do that... u willl have to serach for it urself

Yes, there are a few SE friendly-url hacks on the phpbb.com site, but have a look at a few of them before you decide, some of them make the url's terrible (postid, forumid, etc, etc, etc.html as opposed to title-of-post-here-postid.html)
