Hey gues i am planing on getting a php coder to code me something the thing is i want the script to

Have a form where they can put a what ever folder name they wants and a bunch files are in that folder they create and one file in that folder have to be password proteceted i want them to creat thier own username and password for this specific file which is upload.php

i want that script to have an admin panel where it views all the files and where you can remove a file.

How much you think a script for this will cost?
