I have a site that I want images to be randomly rotated on. I want these images to be pulled from a directory so that to add a new image I just upload it to the directory without having to update any code.
I've already paid someone to write the PHP to pull the images from the directory and paid another person for the javascript that I wanted. I had thought everything was good but see for yourself:

With barely anything on the page, it takes forever to load. With a little investigating, I discovered that the page is downloading ALL the images from the directory for the rotation. That's 1.5 M! I obviously need help.
I don't even know if it's possible but would like to have code written to download the images to be rotated one at a time. Preferably the next one will be downloaded in the background will the current one is being viewed. Is this possible? Can someone write this?
I will gladly pay via a Paypal. I was thinking around $25 but don't really know what is fair. Any response is greatly appreciated.
