need help on phpld

hello,

I have my own design of template here

www.indiatalk.co.uk/forum/template.htm which i want to replace the basic PHPLD template with, as i want to integrate it with the website design. I tried it for hours but not able to figure out. Can anybody help me with this?

Your help would be highly appreciated.
