photoshop/dreamweaver slicing and vbulletin skinning?

I recently read a tutorial on designing in Photoshop and changing this to a website by slicing, using indesign and importing to dreamweaver. I've still got some kinks with this so if you have tutorials for this that would be awesome.

Also, looking to do the same thing with forums by designing in Photoshop and skinning in vBulleting. Any tutorials?

don't have a toturail, but i'm able to do it
it's realy not that dificult

I skin vBulletin myself and never use Dreamweaver for that purpose.

I do use Photoshop for the graphics though, so there are plenty of free tutorials on the net for using Photoshop. Start with GoodTutorials.

As for skinning vBulletin, all you really need to know is XHTML and CSS, and read the How-To forum on the vBulletin website. There's also a vBulletin manual that will help get you started, it's really useful.
