Odd CSS issues in IE

I've recently done a redesign of my website at sanspoint.com. The new design, as it stands, can be seen here .

When viewed using Opera and any Gecko-based browser, it looks perfect. However, some users in IE6 report that the headline bar does not appear properly, and IE5 users report that the entire white section does not appear at all!

Please ignore the logo image. It's a transparent PNG that IE has little support for without a lot of annoying work. I plan to make it a normal PNG to blend with the background of the page.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Thanks.

Any idea why the content box would disappear in IE 5 at all?
