    | It's not difficult to do - if you have a lot to query, use a modem and get a utility that drops the connection to match the whois query limit. When the modem redials, you'll have a new dynamic IP. You can also do it using broadband and a keyboard macro to telnet to the router and reboot it, giving again a new IP, providing your broadband account doesn't use a static IP. |
