HTML contact Form Needed

Hi Does anyone have a free HTML contact form I could use ?

I did have one but can't find it anymore It needs to be able to fit within a layer 356 pixels wide x 335 high and NOT to be linked to anyone elses website - no ads etc.

I can offer 100 NP's for the best one shown if I use it - any help appreciated

Thanks but is also a PHP Contact Form - I am just wanting an HTML one that would not require additional pages.

Thanks Guys for your input though - 20 NP's on the way to both of you

Not possible - PHP required , but just a wee little bit; unless you are refering to the html contact:

mailto:email@email.com
