What do use for php?

Hey,
I am trying to recode my site:
http://modzlair.clanservers.com to php. Right now it is mainly just images

. What is a good, preferably free program to make this with. I've tried to mess with a few, but all of them just don't seem to be what I am looking for. The closest one I've found is phpnuke. What do you all use/recommend? Thanks.

I'd recommend not using phpnuke. I've heard too many horror stories of ppl's community sites getting pwned because of some security vulnerability in nuke.
