go to bizbuysell.com and you will see what is a free software that they have customized for thier specific needs, which is selling businesses.
I have two domain names that I want to develop. One is seattleboatforsale.com and the other is myhummerforsale.com. The boat site is one that I want customers to be able to hit the site, upload pics of thier boat, and a story, and fill in some information. I want it to be like
http://www.usedboats.com/. where customers can find by size, shape, year, etc....
The other site I think you get the idea. I want to sell hummers and the customer will hit the site and be able to list thier hummer for sale and pay a fee on each site to list. This will be a simpler script because there are only 3 hummers.
Now, what I need is for someone to customize the free software to my specific needs, and to also incorporate that into a better looking website than the example I gave you.
As most of you know, Ive been using India developers to develop my .coms for me and after I make the company profitable, I ussually sell them. With my music career I just dont have time to deal with this anymore so I am trying to develop my .coms to get rid of them.
I have a bid of 450.00 ea from my india dudes, and they do good work, but I want to use someone local just in case India falls into the ocean. I've used developers from there in the past and had them "dissapear" so I would like to make a contact here to do the work for me if possible.
