News posting script?

I am completely lost, CuteNews is what I used to use because it had all of the features I needed, was easy to work with, and was friendly with my website. Well, now CuteNews has gone paid within this past year. So I'm wondering what options I have for news posting.

Can anyone recommend a good PHP news posting script that:
  • Has RSS.
  • You can customize the output with HTML/CSS (so the news posts match your website's layout.)
  • Has a login system.
  • Has categories.
  • Comment system.

Thank you,
Andy

Save The Children
I'd suggest cutenews.ru.

It's based of the old cutenews code (before it went payed) and has a ton of nice features added to it. MySQL support aswell.

Thanks Jim, do you know if it can offer RSS feeds though (or is there any functioning mod for that?) RSS is something I will definitely need.

Thanks,
Andy
