CSS Link Background Color Problem

I am trying to get the background on my nav links to fill the div. It looks fine in Safari and IE mac, but in firefox its off. Check it out, let me know if you know whats wrong. thanks!!

here is my css code:

A.navlinks:Hover{font-family: "trebuchet ms",tahoma; font-size: 12px; color: #ffffff; text-decoration: none; padding:31px 5px 31px 5px;outline:none; background-color:#0ca264;}

Just letting you know, it works in Opera too.
