Can someone help me out with this design? It's a tough one!

Hey All,

I'm working on a school project and it's giving me a headache ( have taken several asperines already, didn't help either )

I got this design that when I try to put it into tables ( first slicing it ) it just doesn't work. I have 10 versions, which all don't work how they should!
????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/programming/181959-can-someone-help-me-out-design.html

I want the boxes to be able to expand in height ( length ), anyone who can give this guy a hand? ( or two )

This is the design, please help me out by telling me how I should slice it and put it in tables afterwards

P.S. I know I should use css, but don't have any knowledge of css ( not with divs though ) if someone wants to help me out using css, do let me know!

You saw the "jump to imageready" icon at the bottom? Press it and you will reach imageready.Select the slice tool and slice the things you want. After slicing, then select save optimized as . Hope this helps.

Well I know how to slice, but not what to slice exactly etc. I have tried 8 different versions.

But everytime when I code it everything goes well, but when I get to the right box or the one at the bottom, all gets distorted and displaced.... so if anyone could show me how to slice them...
