looking to make script to make tv in my site

hi there
is there any free program to make my vedio files in it and when the user
open it he see it or the files playing without he do anything
so i can record a vedio file and put it in file everyday
and then when the user open it see it

You'll want to look into bandwidth costs.. Streaming audio and video is going to be a real drain on your budget unless you already have that factored WELL into your monthly spending.

As for a script, I don't know any to recommend. Just be sure you do your homework on the price to run such an operation.
