CSS Debug.. Can you solve it?

I am creating a newsletter for a client and I can't get the columns to stay put.

The right is supposed to be 200px and the left is 400px

I'm on a mac and it only shows properly in 1 out of 4 browsers.

The white bars for the titles on the right should extend across the entire blue column. That is how you know it is correct.

Replace this:

With this:

Does it work if you remove the width setting from the td cell like that?

Well that fixed it on one of the browsers. So it now works on IE and Safari but I still see the issue in Netscape and Camino (mozilla). How does it look on PC?

I'll attach the edited version where the width was removed from the 3 cells in the right column.

works in ie on pc but not in mozilla firebird on pc

ok on linux/mozilla and linux/netscape. netscape is version 7.02, mozilla is version 1.3.
