Question/Help with % tables for all resolutions

Hey, I was just screwing around trying to make a site for a small gaming clan. Just photoshopped everything, sliced it up and was on my way. No clue why, don't ask, but the site was designed on 1280 x 1024 resolution. Any chance anyone can give some quick pointers for changing the site around to use percentages instead?

Also, why are iframes looked down on so much? Any tips/advice is greatly appreciated

ooh.. slices... hmm.. Best suggestion I have is take all the images and do all the coding yourself.. Use XHTML & code it properly instead of using the Photoshop slice...

You can use proportional measures. Takes forever, but if you want a truly liquid design, that's what you have to do to have it keep its shape.
