is it possible to create a one page sms.php that will have a form like the fields are

from (in form of a number or an email address)
to cell number; the cell number with the country code + the actual cellphone number
message
network provider and it will just parse everything from this list:
????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/programming/171061-free-sms-script-needed.html
http://funsms.net/email2sms.htm
and then i can add it conveniently it i discover free sms network in the format of 1111111@theirnetworkname.com ?
because it will fetch the data from a .txt file in the format
1|@networkprovider.com

1 being the code assigned to that particular network provider and it's auto incrementing or just add 1 to it

CRICKET - Cricket SKYTEL - SkyTel

be 127-145 characters, depending upon your provider.

i think you've done enough but it's very complicated i think it needs be called from an ssh session do you have any tips on how can i call that using html form?
