suggestion for best free link directory

I will be creating a directory could you pls advise the best link directory in php and using mysql and that can be easily templated/skinned and with ample mods? aside from http://www.phplinkdirectory.com/ pls. suggest here on this thread. thanks for all the help.

Particle Links is good. I used it a while ago, and modified the style to fit my needs. Honestly, I'm not a fan of phplinkdirectory too much (too many people are using it with its default style), and would probably prefer Particle over it.

phpOnDirectory is also something you might want to check out. I haven't used it, but have heard somewhat positive things about it.
