MS Access problem!. Please Help

Hi friends, dont know too much about coding and at work today i have to finish some things that are urgent. If i cant do this i think i am in a big problem.

The situation is this:
????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/programming/166187-ms-access-problem-please-help.html

I have a ms access database with on table called DB1
This database its regenerated all month by an automatic system.

I need to create another ms access database with a table with the same data than DB1, but will be called DB2 and i will add some fields and colums in there.
I need, everymonth to be able to refresh the data and that DB2 automaticaly update the values that changed in DB1, but now the other way back

This means, DB1 should not be modified, must remain the same and changes in DB2 dont have to modify DB1
but all changes made (modification of the info in the fields) in DB1 must refresh the data in DB2

I tried linking databases, but changes in DB2 also apply on DB1 and thats not good.

Then, after this, i have to create a form to easily find the info i need.

If someone can help me doing this, or have another idea on how to do it would be great.
I tried to do it migrating the access database into excel, but excel dont allow me to create some kind of forms and friendly fiels as access

Can somebody help me?
I can give some Np$ and rep

You dont know how you are helping me with this.

Hello,

Are you wanting to do this with Perl? or ASP? Or do you have PHP?
