It says its a blog, but it looks like pure html. Is there a way to tell?

Click on "permalink" .. it goes to http://www.shoppingblog.com/<b>cgi-b...l?sblog=208061

The blog runs on CGI.

Technically a blog usually uses blog software. This site doesnt seem to be, but it's designed like a blog.

Either way, it doesnt matter. Its a website
