I need my site for designingtools.com kinda edited.

I want a few code tht can do this stuff:
"You find a program company you like (example adobe) you can click and go into that folder, and read details about what programs they have, along with what it is best used for, and rating system. Along with that, you can view comments users have posted about their dislikes, or likes about the program.
"

So I want you to be able to view comments (i want it very simpliar to download.com they information on top, and comments, and rating system merged together.

Y don't u just iframe a specific forum, people can choose that, or put a forum for that?
