Looking for PHP programmer

I am creating a website that has to do with podcasts. I have some of the details layed out but am very flexable.

I am looking for people with some the following skills:
-PHP/mySQL programmers
-Some Knowledge of XML
-Some graphics experience

To start this project will be unpaid. When the site is fully up and running each person involved in the project will get a percentage of the profits from ads.

If you are interested please email sean{@}hukr.com with your resume. I can not guarantee that you will make alot of money to start but if the project grow you have the potential to make alot. We currently have a few project members but need 1-3 more php programmers.

When you say "To start this project will be unpaid" do you have a timeframe on when it might start being a payed position?

As soon as we are making a profit. So basically a few weeks after the inital launch of the website.
