Site with various languages

I am designing a site with 6 languages and I don´t want to have pages repeated 6 times. I know I can solve this with ASP or PHP. How can I do? I must enter all the texts in a database?
I'm looking forward for suggestions. Thanks.

So you want the user to be able to translate the text that on your web site to there desired language.....At school my teacher just finished a site that did that through flash, its crazy normally with the application you want, you need the user to send a request back to the server, well with flash it downloads all the different languages at once, you click the language you want and boom it changes right away. I think most of sites like that are designed in ASP.NET. I will ask my teacher more about it on monday. I curious in that as well so i'll get a good answer, well in depth.
