these isnt a tutorial on how to make a whole bb but you can find some which show you about ciurtain bits (e.g. bb code).

it would takes ages to write a whole tutorial on how to make a message board

There are no tutorials, the closest you will get is cms systems, i want to start by own BBS shortly, i hvae the skills required , i just dont have the time. Learn how to do shoutboxes etc then you will understand how to go about making a BBS.

Download phpbb and look at the script. Go by how that is but with your own stuff.
