PHP Code:
$array = array('bob','tom','john','matt');
????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/programming/148715-shuffling-array-then-matching-elements-criteria.html
$one shuffle($array);
$two shuffle($array);

$count count($array);
while(
$count > -1)
{
    if(
$one[$count] == $two[$count])
    {

header("Location: $PHP_SELF");
    }
    echo(
"$one[$count] - $two[$count]<br />");

I know I did this a way a php programmer shouldnt, but this is probably the easiest way to do it... And i tried it, and it works. Basicly it will keep running until it finishes correctly.
