HTML - IE is being a pain, please help

Hey everyone,

This is how FireFox is showing a page, as it should be:

This is how IE is showing it:

Here's the page so you can view the source:
Click.

What on earth is wrong with it? How can I fix it?
Please help

Did you see the sceenshot in IE I posted or view it in IE yourself?
The side borders are all glitchy in IE, unlike Firefox.

HMMMM.... I dont know. Try to cancel out some of the posibilities. Maybe coding most likely not.
Well I am sorry i cant really help with this situation.
