ASP Scripts is mostly for winows server right?

ASP (Active Server Pages) is a Microsoft scripting language so it's predominalntly Windows yes but there are modules that will allow it to run on Unix. 'Chili Software' have such a thing I seem to remember.

ASP is a microsoft technology, it is only used for windows servers. ASP is a program that runs inside IIS, IIS stands for Internet Information Services. IIS comes as a free component with windows 2000 and it is also a part of windows NT.

but be adviced that not all asp scripts(like 1~5%) works correctly under chili!soft , there still some bugs on it.

as stated by luxinterior ASP module can be run on Linux machines also . So, its upto ur host to enable (or be capable of running ASp)

Its not 100% Pure WIndows Hosting.
