How do you make a script for forum hosting?

the script is called Multi-host.
there r 2 versions for the script.
there's one for phpbb 2.0.17
and one for ipb 1.3

the script can be found here and it's a paid script:

I know about them, I dont wanna pay for summin im giving for free. Know any free ones? I really wanna know how to make a script to install forums whem someone signs up for them. Have an instant setup of different kinds of forums.

im actually going to be building forum software that is ment for free hosting.

But the problem is actually getting a name for it, after that, i could have it made in a matter of a few weeks maybe a month... :P

Of course it would be free... but encrypted with zend encoder.

I do not know what you mean about encypted and encoder
